I will warn you though that you should exercise a little caution upon implementing this into your your morning routine. When lemon juice comes in direct contact with teeth, it can break down your enamel due to its acidity. But this is a super easy fix. I personally drink mine with a straw to limit the contact. If you don’t like drinking with a straw, you can also just rinse your mouth really well after drinking it. Coupled with proper hygiene, most people do not experience any issues in this area.
