3. If it's Bright White, It Doesn't Necessarily Mean It's Clean. Choose organic, unbleached cotton feminine products.
Keep your lady parts healthy and away from all the unregulated toxic products on the market. They are filling your vagina with all sorts of dangerous chemicals that can cause:
Abnormal tissue growth in the abdomen, and reproductive organs
Hormonal and endocrine system disruption
Cervical, Ovary and Breast Cancers
In fact, tampon and sanitary pad manufacturers aren’t even required to disclose their ingredients because feminine hygiene products are considered “medical devices.”
4. Get Your Butt Out That Chair, Honey. Exercise 4-5 days a week. Do a moderate form of exercise such as running, or jogging that gets your heart pumping and sweat pouring. Adopting a regular workout routine has been shown to create a low sugar environment in the body, which strongly discourages the growth and spread of cancer cells.
5. Beauty Can Come At A Price. Did you know that our skin is the largest organ of our bodies? Many of us tend forget how absorbent our skin is, and what we put on it ultimately ends up on our insides as well. You need to clean up your makeup, soaps, shampoos, and other beauty products which also contain an absurd amount of harmful toxins, chemicals, and pollutants. A few commonly found ingredients are:
SODIUM LAURYL/LAURETH SULFATE (foaming agent also used as an oil degreaser, concrete cleaner, and car wash detergent)
PETROLEUM/PARAFFIN/MINERAL OIL (derived from crude oil)
And these are just to name a few. All highly toxic ingredients linked to causing cancer, or other conditions which then in turn can cause cancer.
6. Drink Water, Not Soda. Its really not as hard as you think it is. Numerous studies have concluded that drinking lots of water has been shown to reduce the risks of cancer, more specifically bladder, colon, and breast cancers. Make sure your drinking a pure, clean source of water and stay away from tap and city water that are treated with chemicals.
