Energy Balls-BOOM


• 2 Tbsp. of Peanut Butter
• 1 C. of Almond Flour
• 2 Tbsp. of Collagen Powder
Matcha Dip
• 1/2 C. of Melted Coconut Oil
• 3 Tbsp. of Organic Matcha
• 2 Tbsp. of Maple Syrup or Coconut Nectar
• 1 Tbsp. of Cashew Butter
• Mix peanut butter and almond flour, form bite size balls. 
• Mix matcha dip with melted coconut oil. 
• Dip balls into matcha dip and freeze for 5 min. 
• Top with your favorite toppings.
